Community gratitude. Last weekend I made a post on the local community Facebook page, looking for ideas for a local shop that would be interested in carrying my leather goods. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much of a response, but when I can home I had over 200 notifications. That quickly escalated to close to ONE THOUSAND likes and comments. My community left me speechless. I was completely overwhelmed at every comment, every like and every message. I work a very full time job during the week and make bags on the weekends or in the evenings in hopes of one day doing leather full time. That simple outreach to the community launched things forward very quickly. The following weekend I met up with two wonderful women in the community and they each bought a bag. We shared smiles, stories, and little bits about ourselves. It was a pleasure meeting them both.
Also, I am proud to let you all know Circle S Western Market will now be carrying my bags. Bailey Schlag, THANK YOU for everything you gave today. When you shop local you are supporting a dream. You are putting food on the table, kibble in the bowls, hay in the feeders. From me and mine, we thank you. Our hearts are full of gratitude tonight for this community and the place we call home.
*As of 1/27/2021 there are two bags available for purchase Circle S Western Market. Due to appeared interest I have placed an order for more hides, and expect the shipment to arrive by the end of the week, weather permitting. If you are seriously interested in purchasing, please pm me! I now have a waiting list for my bags and am doing my absolute best to fulfill orders. Thank you so much!
